Functions

The Research, Information and Training Technology Division (RITTD) is the LGA's arm for research and information management. RITTD staff links with various institutions and agencies in conducting research studies on local government capacity building. They also manage the LGA information system through maintenance of the LGA data bank, library and website as well as develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials.

RITTD handles the accreditation of training programs for local governments and seats as secretariat of the LoGoTRI-PhilNet, a national network of institutions involved in local government capacity building.
