Notes:

  • Direct arrangement shall be made with the Caterer by the requisitioning office
  • Requisitioning office shall provide the LGATC Management a week before the training schedule (a) list of participants (no. of male/female) (b) break-up rooms and socials as to the date and time and number of participants per room, etc.
  • Coordinator of the requisitioning party should accomplish the form (Request of the use of LGATC facilities/equipment) a week before the conduct of the training.
  • Use of any facilities/equipment should be made through the accomplishment of LGATC’s request form
  • Coordinator of the group should coordinate with the Dormitory Manager a day before departure their Statement of Account
  • All training activities are up to 11pm only
