PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Understand health system
- Understand the principle concepts in community empowerment
- Develop tools to identify social capital of the community
- Understand the community empowerment and community health management towards healthy communities
- Develop networking among participants and organizations work with the communities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be nominated by their respective government
- Working as a health personnel for at least 2 years
- Be a university graduate in relevant field
- Must not have pending administrative criminal case
- Must hold a permanent appointment
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- In good health, both physically and mentally (pregnancy is a disqualifying condition)
- Age limit: Under forty five (45) years old
