PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Understand the basic concepts of webpage designing in e-commerce especially in e-procurement
- Design graphics and images for the web
- Create a dynamic and interactive web from database driven e-procurement webpage
- Use various web technologies for effective webpage designing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be nominated by their respective government
- Have a minimum skill or knowledge or working experience in this area
- Be a university graduate in relevant field
- With at least two (2) years experience in the field mentioned above
- Must not have pending administrative criminal case
- Must hold a permanent appointment
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- In good health, both physically and mentally (pregnancy is a disqualifying condition)
- Age limit: 45 years and below
