FIELD IMMERSION ON THE INDUCTION TRAINING FOR LGOOS II & III (47TH BATCH)

Field immersion of the Training for LGOOs II and III is designed to enable the participants to reinforce the learning they acquired during their Center Training. This shall be done through direct observation and participation as apprentice LGOOs in the actual operation of a local government unit. The insights gained and feedbacks by the participants from this learning experience shall be used as reference or inputs to identifying areas for enhancement of each trainee, as well as the improvement of the whole training program itself.
 
The M&E for the LGOOs will be on the following areas:

• Assessment of LGU operations
• Management of learning events
• Formulation of a Competency Based CapDev Agenda

 
The M&E activities will be conducted from July 23-September 5 in all Regions except for CAR. The following are the scheduled monitoring dates:

• Region 1 - September 4-5 (Urdaneta City & Agoo, La Union)
• Region 2 - August 8-9 (Penablanca, Cagayan & Roxas, Isabela)
• Region 3 - August 30-31 (San Jose del Monte City & Angat, Bulacan)
• Region 4A - August 7-8 (Calamba City & Taal, Batangas)
• Region 4B - July 31-August 1 (Naujan, Oriental Mindoro & Roxas, Oriental Mindoro)
• Region 5 - August 23-24 (Ligao City & Tiwi, Albay)
• Region 6 - July 26-27 (Miag-ao, Iloilo & Janiuay, Iloilo)
• Region 7 - August 30-31 (Bogo City & Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental)
• Region 8 - July 24-25 (La Paz, Leyte & Dulag, Leyte)
• Region 9 - August 15-16 (Pagadian City)
• Region 10 - August 9-10 (Pangantucan, Bukidnon & Malaybalay City)
• Region 11 - August 1-2 (Maragusan, Compostela Valley & Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte)
