PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- To implement a human resoruce development plan that will lead to the improvement of management capabilities and leadership qualities of leading nurses and midwives who provide community health care services to the local people
QUALIFICATIONS
- Nurse, midwife or public health doctor in charge of community health
- Be a university graduate in relevant field
- With at least five (5) years experience in the field mentioned above
- Must not have pending administrative criminal case
- Must hold a permanent appointment
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- In good health, both physically and mentally (pregnancy is a disqualifying condition)
- Age limit: Below 30 years old
