The Local Government Academy (LGA) is located at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños (UPLB) campus on a rolling terrain at the base of Mt. Makiling and bounded on the North by Pili Creek; on the East by the Molawin Creek; on the South by the first road which runs perpendicular to a former coffee plantation and near the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) staff housing. It is approximately about sixty (60) kilometers or one and a half hours ride south of Manila. |
