  • Formulate policies and standards on local government capacity development
  • Coordinate National Government Agencies' Capacity Development
  • Knowledge management for Local Governance and Development
  • Establish mechanisms for delivery of capacity development services
  • Perform other functions as may be directed by the Secretary
