BOND FLOTATION AND OTHER CREDIT FINANCING SCHEMES UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Course Description: This is designed to respond to the need of local government units to access alternative sources of funds to finance their development projects through the use of bonds and other financing schemes under private sector partnership.

PARTICIPATORY PROCESS: AN APPROACH IN COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING

Course Description: The program aims to assists Local Government Units come up with their Comprehensive Land Use Plans in accordance with land use planning and zoning standards and guidelines as mandated by law. This includes the approaches that ensure participation of various sector beyond consultation in the crafting of the local land use plan.
