STREAM VI: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP SERIES ON ENHANCING ENVIRONMENTAL MGT.

I. LGOO Training

This is a training designed for LGOO I, II and III that aims to provide the participants with adequate knowledge, skills and appropriate working attitude and values to enable them to perform their functions effectively as frontliners of the Department.

II. Coaching and Specialization Training

This training course is for LGOO IV, V and VI that deals with the techniques and tools that they can utilize in the conduct of local government operations and training. It allows participants to relate their role as mentors, facilitators, trainers and advisers.

III. Development Management Training

A course for LGOO VII and VIII that aims to develop them as change catalysts and performance managers.

IV. LGA Human Resource Development

This program aims to hasten the operations and improve the working relationship between management and staff. It includes enhancing professional skills of the personnel to effectively perform their tasks and responsibilities. Moreover, LGA personnel are provided access to various training programs to widen their perspective on areas that are not only local in scope but also global in nature.
