PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Understand the concept of Sufficiency Economy
- Explain Thai experiences in agricultural extension methodology for small farmer development
- Share the knowledge and experiences in farmer development and lifelong learning center management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be nominated by their respective government
- Senior or middle level government official with educational background in agriculture, economics, rural development, social, environmental and public policy
- Be a university graduate in relevant field
- With at least five (5) years experience in the field mentioned above
- Must not have pending administrative criminal case
- Must hold a permanent appointment
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- In good health, both physically and mentally (pregnancy is a disqualifying condition)
- Age limit: Bertween 28-45 years old
